Libration collects the information submitted through the partner inquiry form only to follow up about a potential access-continuity pilot. The form asks for name, title, institution, department, work email, and optional context about current workflows.

Do not submit student records, protected health information, private accommodation details, emergency claims, raw reports, photos, or sensitive campus security information through the public inquiry form.

The product vision uses role-scoped access, audit events, private raw reports, approved recipient notices, and data minimization. Public homepage copy does not claim security certifications that have not been obtained.
